I don't know what to do but I want to report something about the instagram account on behalf of @hunleebyung8. I followed this account on August 2018 and the owner of this account followed me back. And he said 'Hi' on the DM to me.  I knew this is not official account, but @hunleebyung8 claimed to be Lee Byung Hun. He reasoned that his other account had been hijacked by hackers. When I told him that I don't believe him, he asked to make video call with me to prove it. And I didn't respond to it because I had no idea why he did that. My sister said that there are people who feel as genuine actors. Maybe he is one of them.

After that I and him kept communicating through instagram's DM. I wanted to know the real location of him, but I didn't know how. Someday he said that he was in Texas. Almost every morning when I was in office, he greeted me and asked me if I had breakfast and what I ate. I thought I wanted him to be my friend. 

Until one day, after no word from him for several days, he chatted me again and wanted my help. He wanted me to received some package in my country and he didn't know anybody to trust and he trusted me. And I realized he wanted to cheat me. This is a pattern of fraud that I knew about 10 years ago, ussually via email. Then I said to him to tell me exactly who he is, but he never confess. And I invited him to make video call with him. I called him through the call facility on the instagram account but he didn't want to receive my call. He wanted to make video call with me by google hangout. Then he taught me how to use Google Hangout because I never use it. 

I wondered what happened when he made video call with me. I was also afraid if he did some hypnosis. Evidently, he sent a video of Lee Byung Hun (maybe in an interview) and the sound was very soft, I can hear his conversation. Finally I got my mobile phone to my ear and then I heard his voice, not Lee Byung Hun's voice. Google Hangout is an application for video calls while sending video files or presentation files ( ppt files ). Usually used by instructors to give long distance lectures.

Since that we never contact or send chatt each other. But I concern if someone becomes his victim. So I join this community to report or find the solution.
