My name is Anca Roxana Constantinescu, I am a fan from Romania and I would like to deposit the fee to become a full member of Rubeurs. Unfortunately, from my country I can’t make the payment by bank account, as Romanian banks have a different banking system. So I tried to pay through PayPal, but I don’t have the possibility to make the payment in KRW, this option doesn’t exist. Can I deposit the equivalent amount in Euros or US dollars?
